Valuation of your apartment, house or villa in Beausoleil and the surrounding area

Thinking of selling, or would you first like to know what your property is worth? Transal Properties provides property valuations for apartments, houses and villas in Beausoleil, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Cap-d'Ail, La Turbie and Menton, whether for a sale, an inheritance or a gift.

Inheritance, succession, separation: a valuation to help you decide

Are you selling an inherited apartment, settling an estate between several heirs, or deciding what to do with a property after a separation? We give you a reasoned valuation opinion (avis de valeur), which offers all the owners concerned a common basis for their decision. The valuation is free, without obligation, and every situation is handled with discretion.

How the valuation works

  • Your request: fill in the form above, stating the town where the property is located and what you are planning.
  • The appointment: an advisor from the agency will contact you to arrange it, either at the agency, 10 boulevard de la République in Beausoleil, or at the property itself. You can then share your expectations with them and ask any questions.
  • Your choice: the valuation is free and without obligation. What happens next is up to you.

Preparing for your valuation

You do not need any documents to send your request. For the appointment, it is useful to gather or find out about the following:

  • Diagnostic reports already carried out, in particular the energy performance certificate (DPE). Under French regulations, a DPE carried out before July 2021 is no longer valid. Other reports depend on the age of the property or its installations: lead (built before 1949), asbestos (building permit before July 1997), electricity and gas (installation over 15 years old). To sell a house rated E, F or G on the DPE, an energy audit is also required.
  • The risk disclosure statement (état des risques). According to Géorisques, the official French government risk website, these five towns lie in seismic zone 4 (medium) on the national five-level scale set out in the French Environment Code. Service Public, the official French government website, states that this classification makes the statement compulsory for a sale. Sellers can complete it themselves online. It must be less than six months old and be given to prospective buyers at the first viewing. Géorisques also lets you look up the risks at your address.
