The rent we collect on your behalf is paid into a dedicated escrow account. Our property management activity is covered by a €200,000 financial guarantee (QBE Europe SA/NV).
Payable by the landlord: for day-to-day management, 8.40% including VAT (i.e. 7% excluding VAT) of the rent and service charges collected; for letting a residential property, €10 including VAT per m² of living area (viewings, preparation of the tenant's file and drafting of the tenancy agreement), plus €3 including VAT per m² for the check-in inventory.
