Our story

It all began with short-term rentals. Based in Beausoleil from the very start, we manage many apartments there that are let for short stays. Over time, our owners asked us to go further: to let their property on a long-term basis, or to sell it.

In late 2024, Laura-Lynn Nacher de Coster and Matthieu Mathlouthi therefore founded Transal Properties, a fully fledged estate agency. For us, it was the obvious next step: short-term letting is one of the most demanding forms of property management. We now bring that same rigour to sales, long-term lettings and property management.

Why "Transal"?

Before property, Matthieu Mathlouthi served as a military paratrooper. He jumped from the Transall, a military transport aircraft. In memory of those years, he gave the agency its name.
